Caring Circle, a Lakeland Health affiliate, offers a quality-of-life focused continuum of care that includes Transitions, HouseCalls, Palliative Care, Hanson Hospice Center, Hospice at Home, Bereavement Care, and Lory’s Place. As a not-for-profit organization, we offer comprehensive caregiving programs and support, as well as grief and bereavement counseling, workshops and support groups at no charge. We work to create a world of meaningful moments by focusing on quality-of-life, embracing aging, illness, dying, death and grief healing as a part of living.
